This article reviews the relationship between organizational culture Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Although, Organizational culture and SHRM are important factors influencing organizational citizenship behaviors but little research has been done about how these two factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior. The main purpose of this study was tracing the relationship between these three important variables clearly according to test two proposed conceptual models. Our research methodology was Survey- Correlation Method, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Specifically. Study results showed that, the approach of cultural determinism and adaptation strategic human resource management has been accepted. Therefore, in relationship between three variables of our research, SHRM have a mediator role. Finally based on research purpose conceptual model and practical & future research suggestions have been presented. Manuscript profile

This study addresses two objectives. First, it examines the effect of knowledge integration capability (KIC) on technological innovation capabilities (TIC), namely process innovation and product innovation, and firm’s strategic performance (SP). Second to investigate the mediating role of product innovation capability in process innovation capability- SP relationship. In terms of objective, the current research is applied. This study was conducted using descriptive – correlation methodology. Simple random sampling (SRS) method was employed to the selection of the samples. The study population consisted of all active pharmaceutical firms in Islamic Republic of Iran. The sample size was 86 pharmaceutical firms. Correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique were employed to test of the research model and hypotheses. Data analysis showed that knowledge integration capability has a direct and significant effect on technological innovation capabilities and firm’s strategic performance. Finding also revealed that product innovation capability significantly affects the relationship between process innovation capability and firm’s strategic performance. Manuscript profile

National innovation system(NIS) includes a series of organizations and institutions at the national level which aims to incorporate  in developing and diffusion of science and technology and creates innovation climate.  Governments in this system  develop and implement  their innovation policy. In systemic approach besides problems of  each elements of this system ,there is another failure which related to interactions of the system elements, that is called systemic failure. In this research , at first by reviewing the literature  conceptual framework of national innovation system of Iran is presented. Then, in a field study by distribution of 350 questionnaires among Iranian innovation experts  and specialists and using structural equation modeling technique , analyzing of interactions and their impacts on each other and effectiveness of national innovation system has been done. In this research, the elements of NIS of Iran consists of strategies of  transfer and diffusion of technology, structural elements, innovation drivers  and legislations frameworks. Findings of this research show that the most important systemic failure of NIS of Iran  is lack of effectiveness of legislations frameworks’  impacts on innovation drivers. Identification and analysis of systemic failures can lead to appropriate policies for each elements and at last upgrade the performance of national innovation system. Manuscript profile

Today, changing the paradigm of development, from economic development to sustainable development, has led the country's higher education to be more active in considering economic, social and environmental values and leading universities to become sustainable universities. Regarding the importance of achieving sustainable university in the societies, the present study attempts to explain the effect of open innovation on the realization of sustainability at Yazd University using structural equation modeling. The present study was a goal-oriented approach and in terms of control of variables, it was descriptive. Required data was collected using a questionnaire tool, it’s a survey research.  The statistical population of the study consisted of faculty members and staff (formal, contractual and contractual) of Yazd University, totally 1309 people. To calculate the sample size, Cochran formula was used. At the error level of 5%, 298 individuals were selected as samples. The results of the data analysis showed that the values of T-VALUE for the paths between the variables of innovation culture, open innovation, sustainability at its standard distance, is higher than 1.96. Therefore, the direct effect of open innovation on the sustainability of Yazd University, the direct effect of innovation culture on open innovation and the indirect effect of innovation culture on university sustainability at 95% confidence level are significant and the main hypothesis of the research and its two subsidiary hypotheses are confirmed. A review of the research literature shows that a similar structure can not be observed for the models presented in the field of innovation ecosystem in the conducted researches; Therefore, in order to increase innovation in companies, an appropriate model of innovation ecosystem should be designed based on local characteristics and constraints. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a conceptual model of innovation ecosystem in small and medium enterprises using ISM-SEM. The method of work was descriptive-causal. The statistical population of this study included two sections of experts and managers of small and medium companies in East Azerbaijan province. In this research, 11 experts participated in the first part and 335 managers of small and medium companies in the second part of the research answered the questionnaires. Two questionnaires were used to collect data, which were distributed among the members of the statistical sample after determining their validity and reliability. For data analysis, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) and structural path modeling (SEM) have been used. The findings of the structural-interpretive modeling section show that the dimensions of the innovation ecosystem in small and medium industries are in five levels, each of which has direct and indirect relations with other levels. Also, the test of the developed model among companies has shown the appropriate validity and reliability of the developed model and the confirmation of direct and indirect relationships between the dimensions of the innovation ecosystem in small and medium enterprises.
